With fair lending terms and access to additional coaching and resources, CTLF’s business loans help entrepreneurs build strong foundations, create opportunities, and contribute to the long-term growth of our community.
Business Loan Requirements
To apply for Micro/Small Business Loan with the Chehalis Tribal Loan Fund (CTLF), applicants will typically need to provide the following:
- Completed Loan Application
- Identification (tribal ID, state ID, or driver’s license)
- Business Plan (including goals, operations, and financial projections)
- Market Research (evidence of demand, target customer details, competitor analysis, and industry trends)
- Financial Forecast (cash flow projections, revenue/expense estimates, and break-even analysis)
- Proof of Income (personal and/or business, such as pay stubs, tax returns, or profit & loss statements)
- Bank Statements (most recent two months, personal and/or business accounts)
- Business Licenses or Registrations (if applicable)
- Collateral Information (if required for the loan request)
- Additional Documents as requested by CTLF to support your application
At CTLF, we understand that not all business owners will have these materials ready. Our team can assist you in creating or building the required items, such as developing a business plan, conducting market research, preparing a financial forecast, or getting set up with the proper registrations.
Micro/Small Business Loans
At the Chehalis Tribal Loan Fund (CTLF), our Small Business and Micro Loans are designed to support community members in launching new ventures and strengthening existing businesses. Whether you’re covering startup costs, purchasing equipment, or bridging cash flow gaps, these loans provide a flexible and affordable option.
Maximum loan amount: $100,000.00
Fixed Rates: 7.50% – 11.75%
Terms: up to 7 years financing

Indianpreneurship is a program developed by ONABEN designed to support and empower Native American entrepreneurs and business owners. ONABEN provides training and technical assistance to Native American entrepreneurs regardless of tribal affiliation through a network of business service centers located on or near reservations in Oregon and Washington states.
